Keep item questions, structured offers, fulfillment progress, direct-payment context, inspection, and disputes connected to the same deal.
Tiyak records the agreed price, fulfillment evidence, handoff, and the 48-hour buyer inspection window. Open the linked deal conversation anytime for item questions or agreement context. Payment remains directly between buyer and seller.
Review the item, choose fulfillment, and record how payment will happen. Tiyak keeps the transaction trail and evidence together while payment remains directly between buyer and seller.
Buyers and sellers can follow claims, evidence, responses, and recorded decisions. Because payment happens outside Tiyak, dispute support cannot itself reverse an external payment or issue money Tiyak never held.
Only transaction participants can review each other. Reviews stay blind until both parties submit or the 14-day blind period ends.

Tiyak separates seller checks, listing evidence, actual-item review, transaction records, and dispute history so you can see what was checked, what was preserved, and what remains your decision.
No single badge is treated as a blanket authenticity or payment guarantee.
Identity or business checks appear only when that specific review is complete.
Does not mean every item from that seller is genuine or risk-free.Condition, inclusions, category details, photos, and relevant evidence stay attached to the listing.
Evidence is information for your decision, not a universal authenticity certificate.Higher-risk listings can require additional item evidence before publication.
The marker explains the exact check performed; it never claims more.Price, fulfillment, handoff, evidence, and the buyer inspection window stay connected to one transaction record.
Payment is arranged directly between buyer and seller; Tiyak does not custody funds.Claims, evidence, responses, decisions, and appeals remain tied to the transaction history.
Tiyak can review and record a remedy decision, but cannot reverse external money movement itself. The launch model deliberately keeps payment custody outside Tiyak while making the agreement and evidence easier to follow.
Use the listing, conversation, and structured offer so the product, price, and promises are recorded.
Select courier, seller delivery, or pickup and record whether payment is COD, cash on pickup, or arranged externally.
Shipping, packing, handoff, and delivery events stay in the transaction timeline.
After delivery or handoff, the buyer gets the configured 48-hour inspection window to accept the item or report an issue.
For external payments, your bank, wallet, card issuer, courier, or meetup arrangement has its own rules and recourse. Tiyak cannot replace those protections.
Clarity before confidence. Browse with evidence-specific trust signals and use a tracked transaction when you are ready to proceed.
Browse trusted listingsEffective 14 August 2026. Version 2026-08-14. These terms describe the rules for using Tiyak's marketplace, account, listing, messaging, transaction, verification, review, and dispute features.
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and verification codes, and use the account only for lawful marketplace activity. You are responsible for actions taken through your active sessions. Tiyak may restrict, suspend, or close accounts when needed to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law.
Sellers must describe the actual item, condition, inclusions, price, location, and known defects accurately. Users must not list prohibited, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or unlawful goods, manipulate trust signals, impersonate others, harass participants, or move deceptive conduct outside the recorded marketplace flow.
Tiyak records agreements and supporting evidence. Tiyak does not hold, process, release, or reverse buyer funds. Buyers and sellers choose and carry out payment through cash on delivery, cash on pickup, banks, wallets, couriers, or other external providers. Those providers have their own terms, risks, and remedies.
Participants should keep important promises, handoff details, shipping records, condition evidence, and inspection activity inside the tracked transaction. Evidence and verification markers describe only the check performed. They are not blanket guarantees of identity, authenticity, delivery, payment, or future conduct.
Tiyak may review the recorded agreement, participant statements, evidence, deadlines, and marketplace rules. A recorded remedy remains open until the required action and confirmation are captured. Tiyak cannot force an external bank, wallet, courier, or participant to move money or goods, and cannot reverse an external payment.
Verified reviews must reflect the connected transaction. Tiyak may hide or remove content that violates marketplace rules. Eligible enforcement actions can be appealed through the recorded appeal process. Submitting false evidence or abusing reports may lead to account action.
Tiyak is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by Philippine law, Tiyak is not responsible for external payment failures, courier acts, off-platform promises, unlawful goods, or losses caused by another participant. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Material changes will receive a new policy version and effective date. Continued use may require fresh acceptance. Questions and legal notices can be submitted through the account legal-request form or the contact channel published by Tiyak operations.
Effective 14 August 2026. Version 2026-08-14. This notice explains how Tiyak handles personal information used to operate and protect the marketplace.
We collect account and profile details, contact information, device and session data, listings, messages, offers, transaction records, fulfillment details, reviews, reports, verification submissions, dispute evidence, support requests, and security or audit events.
We use information to create and secure accounts, publish listings, connect participants, preserve transaction history, deliver notifications, perform verification and moderation, investigate disputes and abuse, improve search and reliability, comply with law, and maintain defensible audit records.
Public profiles, storefronts, listings, trust markers, and published reviews are visible to marketplace visitors as described in the interface. Transaction, message, evidence, verification, and dispute records are limited to authorized participants and staff. We may use infrastructure, email, object-storage, scanning, courier, or verification providers under appropriate service arrangements.
We retain records only for their operational, safety, dispute, accounting, or legal purpose. Expired sessions, tokens, jobs, and eligible sensitive artifacts are removed on configured schedules. A legal hold can pause deletion when records are needed for an active dispute, appeal, investigation, or lawful request.
We use access controls, restricted staff roles, session revocation, audit logs, private object storage, media processing, and malware scanning requirements for supported documents. No service can promise absolute security, so users should protect passwords and immediately revoke unfamiliar sessions.
You can update profile details, control notification preferences, review and revoke sessions, request an account data export, ask for correction or deletion where applicable, and submit a privacy or legal request. Some records may be retained when required for safety, disputes, fraud prevention, or law.
Tiyak uses a secure session cookie for sign-in and limited browser storage for interface state and unsent form drafts. We do not use a Tiyak payment wallet or store external payment credentials.
